Letter B Global Technologies is committed to supporting the rights of individuals in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and related laws. This notice explains how we handle personal data in Illuminate (the "Service").
Controller and processor roles
When you use Illuminate to manage your own organization's records, you are generally the data controller and we act as a data processor on your behalf. For your account and billing data, we act as the controller.

- Our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service
- Compliance with legal obligations
- Your consent, where applicable
Your rights
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request erasure ("right to be forgotten")
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Data portability — receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent
International transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Customers who require a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) can request one by contacting us.
